m3asia has gone dark. As expected.
This is what happen when they see to much trouble ahead of them.
Instead of removing the product from their website so lesser customers will be having troubles with their softwares, they just run away & grab as much money as they can from gullible customers.

After you get into "Maps" folder, you should see some map folders there (your map folder name might be different from me). Just copy the "outdated" maps (example: MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120607 & MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120707) and "other countries maps" folder to your C or other drive (see attachment). This is backup purpose only, just in case something wrong with the latest map (file corrupted or other problems), you can take the backup map folders from your computer drive and put back to GPS unit.

Normally, I will remove the "outdated" map from my GPS unit after confirm latest map run fine in my GPS unit. This is up to you either you want keep old maps or remove it.

If your map stored in Micro SD card. There are 2 ways you can copy latest map (MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120808) to GPS unit.
1st methood is direct connect GPS unit to computer and copy latest map into Micro SD card.
2nd method is take out Micro SD card from GPS unit and insert it to your computer's SD/MMC slot (provided your computer/laptop MUST have SD/MMC slot) or use card reader, then copy latest map to Micro SD card.

You must turn "ON" your GPS during connect to computer in order to copy latest map from computer to GPS. After copy, then go to Advanced Setting->Map Switch-> and then select the latest map.
