Dear M3gps support

I had bought a Holux GPS on 2010 from Eastgear in Singapore, can I eligible upgrade to the latest software?

It is so waste can not update the map now.

Model = NAV-61E
Current software = X3
Window CE 6.0

May we know what version of the Papago software you using currently? Since all the latest map only able to support Papago X8.0 and above.

Hi,

I am using the navigation on my Hyundai, and I removed the microSD to update the maps. I noticed that the software on the sim is Papago X5. Since there are no more updates for the maps for this version can anyone tell me how to update the software to latest release?

Hi Alex,
Since you using OEM in car player you only can upgrade at M3 service center. Before you visit us, you may send the snapshot of the sd card and serial number
verify at upgrade@m3gps.com

Recently i had purchase "Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100" phone.
When i try to install the original M9 on my "Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100" phone, it's show apk successful installed.
When i try to turn on the GPS and the M9, it's show that "Unfortunately PAPAGO! has stopped"
The PAPAGO M9 software that I purchase at last KLCC Convention Center PIKOM PC Fair
PAPAGO M9 unable to start, can "m3support" help me on this?

May know you install the M9 software to you internal memory or external memory?
If using external memory try to install back to internal memory.

I use R6600 with Papago x9 software.
I accidentally deleted my old version x9 MFM map in the device before i managed to copy over the newer version map, now i hang at the 'Papago! x9' Start Up Screen and cannot boot into the system. What can i do to correct this back? Kindly please advise

I'm looking for a affordable GPS for my end year trip, been told that WayWay Q4033 is stop production and there is replacement model this coming November, Is it true ?

I've few question to ask :

1. If I buy Q4033 the Papago version will it be obsolete or expire like Papago X5 ?

2. The free map download is it FREE for lifetime ?

3. What is a replacement model for Q4033 ?

4. AES will be included in coming map release ?
