So far we haven't tested with android 4.2, you may walk in to our service center to test it on your device.

We're regret to inform that you unable to do the upgrade process yourself because only for those using papago X8 and above able to upgrade them self via online. Since you yousing X5, you have t bring it to our service center to upgrade.
