It's because KitKat don't have a workaround for the sd card write issue

Problem found : I used Samsung note 3 updated to lastest kitkat 4.4.2. My papago M11 cannot type search any address.
Problem solved : please move your current papago m11 from Sd card memory to Device storage (phone storage).First go application,u can see word 'samsung'.Then go My files. In my files u can see word 'All' then press button. In Myfiles-All-(u can see device storage and sd memory).
Press sd memory maybe your papago m11 is located here.Select papago m11 then in your phone left-bottom got button press u can see word (move, copy, rename, zip and details.).Press move all the papago m11 to the device storage(phone storage). Done! :-' \:D/
Note : latest kitkat 4.4.2 not work and not compatible in sd memory.Remember, any navigation software like garmin, papago etc pls don't install in sd memory. :-k

I am currently using S3
I had this problem when I upgrade to 4.3
and is still waiting for an advice

as for M11, it doesnt run well ... signal detection is slow ... voice navigation lags and sometimes hanged
M9 ran perfectly and signal detection is perfect
I really missed M9 and regret to have upgraded to 4.3

** M11 stored in phone memory

The issue is due to 4.4.2 KitKat is having problem to write to SDCard. Either move your app from SDCard into phone memory or get a data patch for your 4.4.2 ROM. Check it out at XDA forum.
