I'm using Vista home edition with MS Ver. 6.15.3 no problem.

I am using Vista Enterprise version with mapsource 6.15.3 without any issue.

AFAIK, Vista has some issues with 6.13.x and 6.14.x

Previously, I using Vista Home with Mapsource 6.13.xx (forget the version), and now with 6.15.3, also no problem....

Hi,
This may not be directly related to the problem but I once could not start Google Earth on my PC using my normal log-on id. Tried as I could but it just would not launch when activated. It looked like it freezed up. I used another id on the same PC and there was no problem using the different id.
I later found that the GE could not open up because it was trying to import some track data from Mapsource and this took a long time. (I had previously tried to view some large tracks on GE). So, everytime when I activate the GE, it will search for the track data and I do not see anything happening. This led me to think that the GE jammed up everytime I tried to launch the program. Even though I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, it still did not work. I finally solved the problem when I left it alone after activation, and finally, it managed to launch after a long, long time (in importing the track data).

Dun know what goes wrong, i downgraded from mapsource ver 6.15.4 to V6.13.2, then i try to transfer map from mapsource, i got this error message, even i install back the version 6.15.4, same problem appear.
I tried uninstall the map and reinstall back, uninstall mapsource, clear registry and install everythings back, same problem....](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "Brick wall")
