i'm quite new in GPS. How can I get the updated map, such as DUKE highway in my GPS? If i use MFM 144, is it already included?

DUKE -the unopened sections which is tentatively to open to public on 1st May 2009
1. tracks from Jln Kucing (S) to DUKE and to existing DUKE towards MRR2
2. tracks from Jln Kucing (N) to DUKE
3. tracks from DUKE to jln Kucing (S) - Manual traced (might not be accurate)
4. POI for BATU TOLL PLAZA, restroom and surau
5. tracks from DUKE to Jln Duta
6. tracks labeled as Track 001, 002 etc are manual assumption only.
