It happened to me for two weeks. Now, ok..
Google has a problem lately

It happen to me too...

What I did was.. swicth off the internet line and recornect again.

And it work..

Try to right click the active connection and repair. If u are using a dynamic ip address, hopefully it will turn to other ip after reconnect..
