OngCC, please recheck Holland road to Queensway road intersection..my nuvi always failed when routing through this intersection..nuvi doesn't speak keep left and i missed the junction many time..not very familiar with Singapore road..

U turn from Commonwealth Ave West (to City) to Commonwealth Ave West (to Jurong East) at Clementi Ave 3 junction is allowed, but not for Commonwealth Ave West (To Jurong East) to Commonwealth Ave West (To City).

Clive Street One-Way traffic change of direction.
Now direction is from Bukit Timah ( N1 18.283 E103 51.087 ) towards Hastings Road / Daihouise Road junction N1 18.307 E103 51.116
Also take note of the one way streets as highlighted

Better Routing (fastest mode) from KPE to Hougang Ave 7 :
I believe your destinations for the 2 pictures are at different direction of Hougang Ave 7, that's why it route you thru different ways. - OngCC

No through road at alley next to Elias Mall. Disjointed at point N1 22.663 E103 56.509
Building next to Elias Mall is Pasir Ris Elias Community Club.

Nile Road no longer exist, close for good for future HDB flats development. Reported couple time current map still show this road.
