Ya...the fried type.... , can't stop eating those when i was there during my army days....i think they call it 甜不辣 at that times....and the 臭豆腐。。。。 yum yum...

I usually hand down or save it aside, the "Bishop's Nose", for my pets... I was told, eating the "pantat ayam" is best suited for ppl that gossips most... hahaaa... a mindful myth perhaps?

I browse through the photo again and yes i saw it, duck neck(鸭脖子） and fried chicken pie（烧鸡排） ，really miss those taiwan food.
