I went to Eastgear today to re-load Papago software. Problem solved instantly and everything back to normal including the irritating 'Stay in the left lane' problem. :-'

They also update my SLA Map to latest map, SLA map now has more Lane Assist and junction views for the expressway. Cool! Good job Eastgear !!! =D>

I bought the early batch, my previous map was May version. I think the 10 Jun 09 is the latest SLA map. :)

New feedback/note:
1. Speed warning accuracy
a) Along Lentor Avenue, speed limit is 70km/h, warning came out at above 60km/h
b) Along TPE, speed limit is 90km/h, warning came out at above 80km/h

2. No fixed speed camera warning.

3. U-turn routing
- Although there's a custom icon for U-turn signage, the routing does not make use of that to direct for U-turn
- Alternatively, we can change the system voice prompt to "If possible, make a U-turn in front".

4. Turning into one-way street!
- From Yishun to Dickson Road
- Route suggested: Yishun -> CTE -> Bukit Timah Exit -> Along Sungei Road -> Turn left into Clive Street (this is one way street on the opposite direction!) -> Turn Right into Dickson Road

Previous feedback/note:
1. HDB Block or House Number not shown in Navi or Map View mode
2. Junction View: Text font is too small for reading

Additional towns will be added after more important things such as map routing improvement and additional features have been fully implemented.

Hi netrider,

1. Will report to Papago
2. MFM have no fix camera data at this moment. You need to help use collect this data. We are a voluntary community.
3. Papago will announce U-turn for dedicated U-turns. Appreciate if you can point out the coordinates.
4. Will check

1. HDB block icons are shown as stars but labels are not shown. Will be reviewing POI icons later.
2. We include text in junction view pix to make it look realistic. If you want to read the text, read the actual signboard :)

sengsiong wrote:Hi all,

I just want to feedback the MFM Papago junction maps which i encounter when I test it from traffic light near Jusco Bukit Indah(Johor Bahru) heading to Gelang Patah.

The junction view picture turn up promptly but the direction arrow always guide us to keep on right lane which is NOT correct.

Is there a BUG or something wrong with the maps I download?

Thanks.

Hi, need coordinate. I am not familiar with Johor Bahru.

Routes feedback for Singapore from Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9 to Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 via Nanyang Polytechnic. In the map did not show the routes. Hope it will be useful.

Tried to upload the track in the original 'bin' format, but not allowed, so, rename to 'gdb' format. Once downloaded, please rename back to 'bin' extension.

Thanks,
Hendy
