Also, it's a good idea to create splash screens for Nuvi2xx/2xxW/7xx with the bottom part, faded to black as the splash screen actually merges with the bottom part of the splash screen text area which is in black. Taking a sample of your splash screen, it should look something like this.

When it merges with the bottom part, it'll look like this:
