I think it is not ready. I'm also waiting for new version release.

Just sharing what the latest Garmin NT Sin-Mal V4.03 features. Lane Assist + Next 3 Turn Assist

To see the Next turn assist panel, tap on "Lane icon" on bottom right of screen. Take note that this icon only appears when routing on highways.

Notice error on highway name ... Central Expressway is labeled as "SLE" instead of "CTE" :ko:

However still no JCV capability on local maps on "Global" Nuvi units ... but that is expected .. :(

Don't be sad, it just normal human error (typo).
I don't think Garmin will opens up the JCV to 'global' nuvis, because of business strategy to 'help' sing/mal Garmin's resellers.

No worries, sooner or later, there will be 765 SingMal firmware around... :)

Anybody here get the problem like me?

I'm Thai and using Thailand Street Map 9.0

After converting from US/EU 3.40 to TWN 2.71 (by PouchX), route recalculation (when you are out of the route) is very slower.

Before is less than 2 seconds but after is more than 10 seconds. Is it possible that TWN F/W is slower than US/EU?

I did reset my unit before and after flash.

Please help me.

I never tried Thailand NT map before, but I don't any issuse with MFM (malaysia) map. The recalculation just the same as with other fw version. I got the recalculation almost instantly.

Now, why not try to delete TRIP LOG. Tools -> My Data -> Delete Trip Log.
OR,
remove/move the garmin_device:\Garmin\GPX\Current.gpx to local pc drive. All the way points will be lost. Let's the nuvi create the new and clean current.gpx and see what will happens.

Good luck..

Thank you.

Thanks to klatz for the tip in this topic.
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3741

Here is the clean 765SG210 rgn... How to use it, refer to previous-previous pages in this topic :)
http://bahathir.googlepages.com/765SG210.zip

It runs well on my 755T, and guess what... JCVs with Garmin maps :) and navigation style of 765TWN270, the compass and scale are there :) !!! Language Guide also working. 1-sec tracking also there.

But... I don't see Ecoroute's "Less Fuel" in Route preferences.
Custom POI icons still ....

Ok, try some more things ....

Don't worry, I am still using MFM eventhough my nuvi can display the Garmin maps' JCVs :)

Thank you and good luck.

This is NOT a HACKed firware/sofware. NO data manipulation involved. Just converting from GCD format to RGN, so we can FORCE update with updater.exe. If you want the hacked version, you can use the PouchX version. Please refers to his posts here.

I have created 760SGMY rgn, but no one from MFM members successfully to update with it yet. I also don't have any 7x0 to try with.
