From Mapsource, it was showing Green, but GPS was not

Which map version are you using? I just tried the coordinates that you have provided on a 765 using 1.65 and the display shows up correctly.

This section of road (circled red) joining Yishun Ave 1 to Seletar West Link should not be there.
It's not an official road as yet and there are many roadworks going on right now.
So sometimes they closed that road with barrier.
Like today. I can't get through that road.

Not sure if this is considered an error, but I will highlight it nevertheless.

Currently indicated entrance to NUH is not going to lead to the NUH carpark. It is a drive-through for you to drop and pick up patients in case of emergency. It will not lead to any car parking lots.

The actual carpark entrance is indicated on the gdb file.
