In case you don't know..The name Ipoh derives from a local tree, pohon epu or now more commonly known as pokok ipoh. The sap of this plant is poisonous and was used by Orang Asli (indigenous people) to coat the tips of the darts of their blowpipes.

Is about 10 mins drive to town centre, nearest makan place about 2,3 mins drive.

From Mon to Fri normally they rent out to salemans, Sat and Sunday the usually rent whole house for those outstation people who held wedding here. The house can occupier for 10 to 12 people or even more if don't mind sleep on the floor.

Sound like I'm the owner. I think I need to charge the owner for introducer fees liao.
