I tried to visualize your routing problem and have did some adjustments.
If you can, install mapsource and use it to plot your route and create waypoints to identifying the routing problem. Save the file and upload here.

Ok, 3 new items found for the maps. Oh, maybe the AISM school roundabout might be in Selangor - not sure where the state border is...
1) New roundabout at AISM. If this is in Selangor I will report in the correct thread.
2) New right turn at Mont Kiara. Note that the screen dump doesn't show the road underneath the highway - the new right turn at the lights is to the road underneath the highway.
3) Mistake in voice & text guidance at Mont Kiara - it doesn't tell me to exit left. Just tells me to turn right in 800m if I am at start point. Most confusing the first time I tried it!

Attached the following observations:
Jalan Banting (Klang) - double line, can't cross over to the other side
N3 00.148 E101 25.210 Traffic light here.
Jalan Mewah 3 -> should be Jalan Mewah 3/1 (in Pandan Mewah, KL)
N3 04.555 E101 42.809 Why is this called 'Test U'?

Error in Routing Kesas to Wisma Time on Jln Tun Razak
From Kesas H'way to Wisma Time on Jln Tun Razak via Maju Expressway, at loc N3.13457 E101.71919 which is a forked junction with the left lane leading straight to Wisma Time on Jln Tun Razak.
However, the GPS tells you to take the right turn at this junction into Jln Cochrane which will go under the h'way and have to take the roundabout below before meeting up on Jln Tun Razak. This is a longer and more time consuming way.
Taking the left turn at the junction N3.13457 E101.71919 will go straight to Wisma Time on Jln Tun Razak.
