Example: Schools (Institution of Learning) - buildings are drawn as type 0x000a or area of the schools are drawn as type 0x000a with buildings on top as 0x0013.
As polygon mapping gets more mature, maybe it's time to re-look at some of the previous drawn polygons and standardize them.

The latter should be used as it shows the school buildings within its compound.![]()
