Looks like kuantan town area are up to date now , but the polygon a little bit lagging behind (compare with kelantan 
), hope bro duke17 or others polygon mapper are feel free to touch up again kuantan & Pahang polygon 
. Hopefully kuantan will fill with some colour and make it more colorful soon
