Jeffrey Tsang as he signs off, is a Freelance Writer who probably felt the Nuvifone for a good hour and "base/supposed" his assertions as he sees it... he may not even own any GPS to apply the little tricks expected of a Garmin user...

But it is true to note, it is a GPS that can make calls as oppose to anyone riding high with expectations like a smartphone is expected to offer, road Maps, being one of a zillion features.

Still thinking... But a bit itchy already.

I was using GMXT on E71 all these while, so I was tracking this gps/phone for quite sometime already as an "upgrade". So yes, this Jeffrey guy is spot on when he mentioned that they are VERY SLOW to launch it here. The problem now is that I already got the HTC Dream (aka the G1) some months back (a phone which I really liked) and a stand alone Garmin set for use in the car (the GPS in the G1 really sucks). So while I am very itchy about this G60, I may not want to give up my G1 so soon... Headache now.... :ko:

Agree. In view of that , maybe Garmin-Asus should have asked one of us here to do the review instead.

Garmin's firmware update should be similar to what you're referring to.

Bro Xtoilet, you mean after placing the 3d landmark map into Nuvifone, you did not see it displayed like this?
