There is a KFC just beside 7-11 opposite Puduraya Bus Terminal.

Wondering if the attached gdb for American International Assurance can be amended.

The entire office and retail building complex there is called "Garden Business Centre". AIA occupies one of the ground floor lots. Can the POI be renamed to cover both so it easier for a user to search and locate the complex?
