question about my 255w...
when i did a 1-sec tracking, it will be saved under debug folder, not under log folder...
how to make it saved in log folder and inside memory card instead of internal memory??
my 255w is localized version with preloaded sw 2.70...

If you using Hidden tracklog feature from "where am I" HERE.
For Old firmware, the tracklog files will be store at X:\Garmin\Log\YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS folder, there has 3 bin files: Gps.bin, Nav.bin and traffic.bin. We only need "GPS.BIN" to convert it to GPX format which you can open with Mapsource.
For latest firmware, the tracklog files will be store at 2 location folder.
Nav.bin and traffic.bin will still be stored at X:\Garmin\Log\YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS
But "GPS.BIN" will be stored at X:\Debug\YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS folder.
So, you need to get the "Gps.bin" file from this folder and convert to GPX.

And THERE has Tracklog on SD Card Patch firmware for Nuvi 255W HWID 827, created by Mr.Neadrenalin, this patch firmware make the tracklog able to save the tracklog files inside the SD memory Card. For your above mentioned that your Nuvi 255W is localized version, the HWID is 930, Please do not apply this patch firmware on your Nuvi 255W, otherwise your nuvi will loss some of the feature from the localise firmware and you may brick your Nuvi, because of different HWID, Advise you not to take the risk to try it.
Lastly, Strongly recommand you, use the Hidden tracklog feature from "Where am I", and get the 'GPS.BIN' file from debug folder,
and Use wNutrak to convert bin file to GPX.
