The holder and sucker mount itself is great if you are solely running on batt power but for RM200 you are also paying for the dang cigarette lighter charger with the dang L shaped Mini USB jack.

An alternative would be to just but a RM15 china made car charger for any handphone which charges via mini USB and make sure it is a conventional straight jack.

Anyone has tried using normal mini mini usb phone car-chargeron his OR?
I was seriously considering the OR car kit since i takut a mini usb phone car-charger would ruin the OR. You know la, in case the power surge bla bla.

Best to buy a reputed brand charger and make sure voltage complies to factory specifications for rated charging voltage.
