Software updates:
765 TWN 2.90
http://www.garmin.com.tw/products/Nuvi7 ... wnload.htm

Changes 2.80 -> 2.90

* Sync updates with Nuvi 765 models v3.80 English.
* Support can be automatically temporarily evade (Morak hurricane) bridge, the regional function.
* To improve the pictures can be read coordinates information (EXIF), and make photo navigation.

I'll post the clean RGN in few moments :)

Update:

I just updated my nuvi 755T, and...I go "incompatible audio version" with most of voces. Currently, I can use American-Jill. I am not sure whether to post the 765TWN290 or not due the problem. :(. Other than that, everything just same as the previous 2.80, IMHO.

Update 2:
Use it at your own risk :)

TQ.

I've been thinking of switching from TWN to MYSG firmware...
755/765 garmin units are built mainly to display 3d builds and jcv...
but TWN 2.80 firmware visually better than 2.10MYSG firmware...
hmm...

Since I am only using MFM maps, so the JCV is not my priority. The 290TWN can display the mysg 3D buildings, so I am missing so much.

I love TWN software because it has faster SEARCH, which is very useful for me.

Thank you. and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri :)

Hi all gurus ...
I downloaded the latest junction view update from garmin.com.sg
After going thru all the steps of getting and keying in my unlock code and installing the update - my 765 keeps telling me it can't unlock the map!? Anyone experience this error or is there somethign wrong with the update file? :-?

Where did u install the map and the unlock codes? If the files are named gmapprom1.img and gmapprom1.unl, they should reside in the main memory. You can also use the SD card to store the files, but before you do so, please change the file names to gmapsupp.img and gmapsupp.unl. Thanks.
