For Jalan Hospital ( Way Point 3& 4 ) to combine and become One Way.

From Jalan Dato Pati - We can turn Right and Left to Jalan Doktor. Anyway, Turn Left Road are divide by temp divider from Jalan Hospital. ( Jalan Hospital can not turn to Jalan Dato Pati )

Jalan Temenggong 1 & 2 to combine and become 1 way

From Round About - Can't turn to Jalan Hospital.

No, It's one way towards Jalan Hospital as you told. But we can turn to Jalan Doktor using some part of jalan Hospital ( have a special divider) to ensure the traffic don't clash ) as Jalan Hospital are one way towards Round About.

Lorong Kampung Huda already TAR so please change it to become road. Useful to avoid Jamm around Kubang Kerian Town especially in front of HUSM

Jalan Atas Banggol are 2 way

Jalan Merbau are 1 way only at marked ( Jalan Merbau 1 way ) track. Others 2 way.

so Jalan Atas Banggol can go thru Jalan Merbau to Jalan Sultanah Zainab.

Jalan Post Office Lama also 1 way towards Jalan Atas Banggol. They Meet at Way Point A.

note:
1. from Jalan Mahmood, can turn right to Jalan Hospital as per "can turn right.gdb"
2. Can turn right from Jalan Sultan Ibrahim (N6 07.204 E102 14.437) to Jalan Mahmood (N6 07.219 E102 14.451) but can't turn right from Jalan Mahmood (N6 07.219 E102 14.451) to Jalan Sultan Ibrahim (N6 07.215 E102 14.429).
3. Can't turn right from Jalan Kampung Dusun (N6 07.229 E102 14.471) to Jalan Mahmood (N6 07.233 E102 14.469) due to new divider from (N6 07.211 E102 14.440) to (N6 07.233 E102 14.469)
4. can't turn right from Jalan Merican (N6 06.793 E102 15.007) to Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra (N6 06.799 E102 15.020). Only turn left to Kota Bharu.
5. Wet Market Kota Bharu (N6 07.668 E102 14.284) should rename to Pasar MPKB.
6. Ridel Hotel (N6 07.888 E102 14.068) relocated to (N6 07.886 E102 14.058)
7. for uturn & turn right only attachments, the direction allowed only as per direction in atachments.
8. for suggested new route, my suggestion is to use the route as per attachment. better to use main road instead of very small "jalan kampung". kalau selisih 2 kereta, susah nak mengelak.
