Prob no. 2 - still cannot use 'address search'.. pls somebody help me..

to your prob 2, dont la do the address search. what i do, is to go 'where to', 'points of interest', 'spell name' and just search for whatever u want to search, address, places.

mmmm ..... :-k :-k

Yes, if with external bluetooth GPS receiver.

As E63 run Symbian OS 9.2, Series 60 v3.1 UI, I think there are GMXT for it. Please google for it.

Somebody can verify that? :tq:

No problem with E63... I did an E61 before and a 6210 Classic without inbuild GPS., as long as you have bluetooh, No Prob.

The cheapest phone with GPS I think the 6220 Clasic,, and I've tried that its good...

Is the same procedure as Garmin unit. Copy gmapsupp.img to your friend phone - folder\Garmin and paste it there!

Cheers!

Beware, another here in this forum had difficulty in doing a copy and paste (overwrite) the gmapsupp.img onto a mobile phone.

The reason for this is because of insufficient space which is not immediately apparent. Check your space. A better way is to backup the existing map, delete the map from the phone and them paste the new map.
