Actually it was a spoilt unit Nuvi 255W which I bought from a member here.
after I checked, one of the IC chip (red circle) has been burn.
This is 6 pin IC chip "AE4", Link with USB port. So that, the Nuvi can't be charge/can't be connect to USB, after the battery completely drained down. the Unit is known as "Spoilt". after I charged the battery externally and put it back, the unit work as normal. I get the spare part, awaiting the delivery.

P/S: bro, we're off topic. should stop here  .

Update my 255W to v2.80 on 10/11/2009, noted for the past 3 day my unit was sooo slow getting satellite fix especially in the morning (cold start).
Like today 20 minutes, drive me crazy :frus: :fire:
Anybody experience this?
255W retired, 3560 current
64s and old Nuvi 350
