Hello,

Many road names in Taiping, Perak still in colonial era's name, not updated to the current names.

Thank you.

Members here would appreciate if you can start the ball rolling by providing the 'current' road names. We want mfm maps to be up-to-date. If possible, use MapSource.

I'm using Papago R5800 and I thought MapSource is only for Garmin users, moreover I'm a Mac user.

MapSource might be only for Garmin, but tracks and POIs submitted (usually through Mapsource's GDB or GPX files) are used for both mfm Garmin and Papago maps.

You need to access the handwriting mode to get the 'slash' (/) character. At the bottom of the edit screen, press 'H' (=Handwriting), then press 'symbol'. Some symbols will be displayed including 'slash'. :peace:

Hi Antyong,

I just bought the Holux 6210 + , please kindly advise how do i get the latest East Malaysia and Brunei Maps?

How do i update to my Device? Do i have to use any software to update to my Device? ( Transfer the updated MFM maps to the Device)

If i need some software in order to transfer the maps file to my device what software do i use for MAC or PC?

A thousand thank you and appreciated for your kind information.

Best regards
chris
