My best guess is both map installation of Papago and Holux is the same..

I cannot find what you mentioned. I am using Papago X3 on Windows Mobile.
There are 4 tabs, 2 for chinese input, 1 for english, and 1 for symbols and chinese handwriting.

under the symbols tab, can only find ( , ) , @, :, -, + ...etc, but no (/) character
under chinese handwriting, i am not able to write the (/) character. How do i do it ?
