MFM-Papago map feedback

MFM rocks.

Follow the procedures below:

1. Connect your GPSmile 62E to your PC or laptop using the USB cable.
2. Execute the MFM Papago map executable file.
3. Select your language [English], click OK, next button then accept the license agreement
4. The default folder is to C:\Navi\Maps\MFM [your local hard disk], change the path to your GPSmile 62E USB disk (e.g. e:\Navi\Maps\MFM091125) then click Next button
5. In the dropdown list select -> Eastgear X3, then click Next button
6. Select Colorful (display colored polygons in navigation mode), then click Next button.
7. Confirm the settings are correct, then click Install button.
8. When installation completed, eject your GPSmile 62E USB disk safely [use remove hardware safely of your windows OS.]
9. Restart your GPSmile 62E
10. Launch Navigation
11. Select Map Switch, then choose the latest map that you've installed.

Bingo.

Hi, new here. just got a 62E. searched the library and tried the install procedure for Papago set but just cannot get it. doesn't display new map in "Maps Switch"

appreciate if anyone who is using Holux 62E (or similar models) to post detailed steps.

18,000+ Singapore Postal Code (custom version only) - UPDATED

does this means that the postal code search will now work in all custom version? and not just the east gear version???


If it is like this, then it would be great...been waiting for this for my custom version for a long long time....
Works on Eastgear's X3 and latest M3GPS X5.

I tried many times, but don't know how to search.
is this postal search in Address/PostalCode or POI, should I add something before the postal code.

any advice? thanks in advance.

Hmm.. Has anyone been able to get this working on the Holux 6210+? I've only been able to use the postal code search while using the official SLA map but not on the MFM ones.

Something I'm doing wrong? Hope someone can help!
