but still carry just in case I do get to meet or be confronted with a TP Moron after all....hahaaa

....you can choose to ignore them, but if they SOS thru their radio, i think, you will lost more than RM50.00.....

Looks like a quick settlement will be a prudent choice to undertake to resolve happily and drive away yah???
I think I shall carry only a few 5€ bills and the rest, the larger denominations I shall say, "you can better not "rob" me on Euro money as these larger bills are all marked by the Embassy accountant Dept." here, take the 5€ instead...
I wonder if brudder SoSweet has a better solution to take care of these corrupted cops on other side of Causeway....

FYI... 5€ = only S$8,80 ...

At 1st he demand RM$100, I decline, I claim I have $RM50.. Finally TP give in..
Pay $RM50 and no fine will be given..

This is one of the 2 reasons why I dislike going into bolehland; the other is the f****** politicians who accuse Singaporeans causing traffic jam and rising food price despite we spend our money there helping their economy.

The other extra safety option is "always carry a Olympus (Sony or Panasonic oso can la... if U R shareholder of Sony or Pana... )" memocorder and activate it immediately in LP (long play) and in full volume but not to be seen by officer. You then have proof la... should the crafty & devious corrupt TP attempts further to screw your ball$... or so he thought...heheh...

Bro Cruiser, most of the smart phone like Omnia II can do recording oredy.

I asked for the ticket. I don't mind paying RM$300.00 to the garment and don't want to feed the corrupted officers.

Hi, cynide
I'm in Bukit Panjang, closer to Choa Chu Kang & Bukit Batok.
If I'm traveling on BKE towards causeway, I will definately pass by Woodlands.

And if I'm traveling over to Tuas 2nd Link, I will go by KJE.
So far I have not plan my route out, and are there any family members tagging along at this moment.
Will post up again.

Bro Sosweet, :$gone: is small issue, at least I'm back in 1 piece. I know RM$300 is small conversion rate into $SG, but one has to protect wealth from suffering a lose. So what is RM$50 to RM$300, I save $RM250, can spend on other leisure next trip.

Bro Singawon, the rule of the game is be tactful and follow the book. Learn from the mistakes, they purposely wanna trap you, you being witty know from back of your hand.. freed with ease. Once bitten, twice shy.. therefore alert everyone now to beware, put customs POI.

Bro cruiser, Greed is the cause at times.. Something is never enough.. So its vice versa.. Either me or TP is has lack of something.. I being hasty (lack of patience), TP lack of $$ (to support himself). Tough luck, I'm caught.. He has the authority.. I'm in the lower hand.. never next time.. I will fall for it..

We are abit off topic.. This is a gathering posting.. so lets stick back to topic.
Everyone contribute a bit, eventually we can enjoy and benefit more in our navigation.

funny things is this people only recongnise the digit 50 and their own currency....i kana once before where i run out of RM, i give sin 30, they say no 50....blah blah blah.....!

So i suggest you prepare some RM50 note, just in case, you dun have to pay them 50€..... :ko:

Nooo... you missed my strategy here on the 5€ (unmarked) and the sight of only 10€ (marked) bills...heheh.
They won't want those marked bills after being told they are "embassy-marked" but with only unmarked ones... esp. but only 5€... aiyah... not paiseh mah to let the shaky TP go for the only unmarked bill of just 5€.... damage is then limited leh....heheh.

Only 8-dollar (abt 17RM mah...)-plus as opposed to your $50 or even abit less to what you are prepared to cough out.... 8-)

Do take note of beating the red light @ junction before CIQ checkpoint, on the way back to SG. Read here.
I kena on 5th Dec, its a 50%/50%, but tough luck being the last car.. RM $50 :$gone:

will update the coordinates later.

FYI, they are permanently stationed daily (rain or shine) at secluded spots which is not visually noticed by drivers & bikers. Area not under red light camera surveillances. They target alot foreign vehicles.... easy $$.
Long as u know 'wat-to-do', case closed.

aiyo... You miss my point too, what they wamt is 50 dollars, be it RM or SIN, they will be very happy bullis if you gave then 10 pcs 5€....

On the contrast, i wonder what will happen if we give then yen or rupee... :-k
