Re: how to export tracklog from Garmin Mobile XT?
Bro Shawchyn, looks like you're using GMXT in a WinMo device. FYI, this platform of GMXT does not allow GPX export. To transfer Waypoints, Tracks and Routes between device and PC, you need to use Mapsource. You need to connect device to PC via Activesync (not in USB Mass Storage mode). Then only Mapsource will be able to detect GMXT for receiving/sending data. If Mapsource still do not detect GMXT, you need to start GMXT in device first.

or the other way, remove the SD card, put in card reader, run mapsource. I use this method occasionally to transfer my waypoints or mapset to GMXT on my PDA phone

TS was looking for a way to receive tracklog from GMXT Windows Mobile to PC. While the above method or similarly connecting as USB Mass Storage can be used to send data from Mapsource, it does not work correctly* for receiving data from device.
* Mapsource will only read GPX from device/data card, and since GMXT WM cannot export GPX, data in GARMIN_WPT.NVM (My Locations items), GARMIN_ATRK.NVM (active tracklog), GARMIN_STRK.NVM (saved tracklogs), etc. will not be transfered to Mapsource.

For Windows Mobile version, you need to connect the phone to PC using Microsoft ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center, depending on the OS of your PC.
MapSource should be able to detect GMXT after that, I think.

Ahem... that was what I'd suggested earlier.

Anyway, replace "Microsoft ActiveSync" with "Windows Mobile Device Center" if TS is running Windows Vista.

Re: How to use Garmin Mapsource
I'm using SAMSUNG Omnia i900 with Garmin Mobile XT V 5.00.20wp.
MapSource version is 6.15.6.
After I install USB Drivers from http://www8.garmin.com/support/download ... jsp?id=591 , then I check USB Driver Versions. It show " No USB Drivers Installed".
How to slove this problem?
I try "Receive from device" to transfer Waypoints & Track log. but it show no waypoint and also no track log.
How to solve this problem?
