I have loaded the latest 2 standard Papago X3 maps (MFM-PPG-S091230 and MFM-PPG-S100106) onto my HTC Touch HD device along with the default map (X3_MY) packed with the installation CD. Papago X5 software running on TD-8282 has no problem in recognizing X3_MY as "Malfreemaps.com MY/SG" but the 2 latest MFM maps were recognized as "Malfreemaps.com 091230" (in 2 lines). Well, in this case, how can one tell which is which?

Result of another test: delete MFM-PPG-S091230 and leaving MFM-PPG-S100116 behind, Papago X5 on TD-8282 will still display "Malfreemaps.com 091230" (1 line) for MFM-PPG-S100106 - quite strange..

Is this a problem of Papago X5 software on TD-8282 ? Or it is an overlook that the MFM-PPG-S100106 identification has not been changed properly to reflect the actual?

how do i install 100106map on to the SD card? just direct it into my sd card & replace the existing's file?

Yes ... direct copy all those files into the Papago map folder in SD card. If afraid of any damage, rename the folder to any name and create new map folder.

which one is recommended or can i put both ?

& where can i DL POI ?
