Agree with keeping it simple. When funds run low, SOS and the result should speak for itself.

I 100% agree to RM10 annual member fee. The fee could be bank in through local bank and this will ease the financial ststus.

Yep, keep it simple, a SOS will be dealt accordingly. As proved by recent collection drive. In no time everybody try to help.

Since we have sufficient fund now, I suggest we keep run as today mode. If financial drop to critical level, then we can start collect member fees....

why not we open this website and welcome big company or firm to advertise their products and banner in mfm website so we can get extra money for our fund. or...site admin (antyong) can create 'vendor corner' to sell their product (similar to MSM site) through our site...can charge 5% of sales, or fees because they will make money and profit from our site.. :mrgreen:

Thanks to our members' generosity, we have funds to secure hosting for the next 4.5 years (refer to viewtopic.php?p=9437&f=2#p9437 ). And if each of us save RM10 a month, we can contribute again in 4.5 years time \:D/

Dealing with 3rd parties is never easy and outcomes may be different from expectation. If possible, we try to keep things simple and focus only on improving our maps :peace:
