Downgrade road as Alley (but most local use it as a short cut). Single lane - one traffic flow at a time.

Feedback, after Mini GG at Kopitiam 333: No Right Turn into Jalan Perpaduan. Ha ha ha! Nobody wants to send in Kopitiam 333's POI, including me. :finga:

This is TOTALLY a new and separate ramp by itself. Please do not join it to "Exit to Brickfields" road. In fact Exit to Brickfields road is now temporary closed!
