How can I upload MFM Papago map into mapsource, is it possible do it?

You cannot. Use MFM-Garmin map to install into Mapsource.

my xtvt today as for ur info

went to shop that i buy and result ,they only know to sell the product but cannot help
and don't know how to update the map. (really made my stupid la)

went to shopping complex and ask they how to update result , yes they can do but can't
show to me how they did and must pay everytime if i want to update. Bank also can

"Our role at MfM should be to help those with A GPS that need our map to navigate" - exactly my thoughts

And we help by:
- Informing and explaining the differences between China-made OEM GPS vs China-made GPS with original software (more confusing  )
- Advising buyers of China-made OEM GPS to seek support and exchange if possible
- Sharing with them what we know about using Garmin or Papago

We don't shut out anybody. As long as there is no discussion about cracking software and no breaking of forum rules, there is no reason to restrict any discussion

So if ur guy and our member fill hard fealing about my post just really want ur guidance only how to upadate the map not asking for cracking software

Bro Rzl215,

I can't find any Papago Folder in your SD card.

Downloading and copy map into your PAPAGO is the same as this.. > viewtopic.php?f=28&t=4376

Hi,

It is not that we don't want to help. But without knowing exactly where the files are stored, it is hard for us the help. Try to find where R21_MFM_SSC.hdr is located in your device. Then unpack the new map into this folder.

Hi all, got bought iphone papago SYMYPro map for USD19.95. Would like to update the map with lastest MFM 100127 map. I have browse through the various posts by Chew85 etc replacing the ipa content of the maps with the ones from C:\Navi\Maps\MFM ... about 28 files. When I try to reinstall PPG!SGMYPRO 6.0.ipa via iTunes, I received the error cannot completed installation due to resources files are modified. My iphone 3Gs is a new (not JB). Have anyone sucessfully update the stock map with the lastest one from MFM without JB.

Hi Safilo,

I do not think you can modify the .ipa and sync via a non jailbreak iphone cause there do some kind of check on the file before it sync due to piracy and security issue. I believe that Chew85 iphone is Jailbreak and had install some kind of h*acksync that bypass this. So I guess you will have to wait for the next update from Papago themself.

Unless you have one of those new iPhone 3GS with the new boot rom I do not see why you should not jailbreak your iphone. It is perfectly safe and the advantage is so much than an unjailbreak one. One does not need to install pirate apps just to jailbreak. There are so much free utilities that makes a Jailbroken iPhone much more fun to use. PLUS THE FACT THAT WE CAN UPDATE THE PAPAGO MAPS. :D :D :D

just my 2 sens
