Bartley East Viaduct opens to traffic

Phase 2 involves the extension of Bartley Road to Airport Road. This phase involves the building of a 1.9km viaduct that spans across Airport Road, Hougang Avenue 3 and Upper Paya Lebar Road and joins Bartley Road near Outram Institute. Phase 2 was opened to traffic on 17 January 2010.

it basically connects between Hougang Ave 3 and Tampines Ave 10 right?
