Garmin Nuvi 1250

hi all..just bought my nuvi 1250 and really love the Lane Assist (Junction View + Lane Info) feature.

upon my registration for the nuvi device on garmin website, i have been prompted that new software update available for my device. so i decided to run the update process and completed successfully.

After update, i still can use my garmin. However, the Lane Assist features is not available anymore on my map. Do i need to activate this features manually, or there is a bug in the latest 1250 update?

Lane Assist not available in MFM Garmin (at this moment).
It available in MSM map.

ic..so the lane assist is related to the map and not the device features

am i correct to say that if i unchecked the mfm map and only use the preinstalled map, that the line assist feature should appear again..pls confirm

The GPS device only support that feature but the map itself must have its own lane assist/JCV data.

Yes bro, provided the preinstalled map contains lane assist/JCV data for example MSM NT2010.

hi,
i jx load the MFM map into my nuvi 1250. it can display the POI icon when i view the map. but during the car moving o during the journey it cant display some the icon (for example : bank, petrol station and soon).

may i ask any solution?

any solution for tat? but i try to load the POI icon by using POI Loader it show it when navigation.

i have a garmin nuvi 1250. i have updated the map. but from the beginning i brought this gps until now i cant view the icon when on the move. just can view the road. but when i view from top north up view , track up view & even 3d view also cannot view the icon . unless i stop the car , than only can view the icon. like example if i wanna goto DIGI centre, before i go i can see the icon in my gps before moving . but when start moving the icon is gone. totally can not view it anymore until you stop moving .

last time before i brought nuvi 1250, i got brought garmin nuvi 205 which is no junction view. but that one can view the icon even i on the move. so can i know how to make it visible to see the icon even on the move that time.
